My design process
Discover
In this phase, I dive deep to understand the context, the people, and the real problem. Through research, interviews, workshops, and AI tools, I uncover insights that go beyond assumptions and bring clarity to the client and the project team.
Design
Here, ideas take shape. I translate research into flows, journeys, and concepts that solve real problems. Collaboration is key—this phase is iterative, creative, and grounded in the user’s perspective, i usually work with an UI designer in this phase.
Decide
In the final step, I guide stakeholders through insights and prototypes to validate what works. It’s where we align on what moves forward, always focused on value, feasibility, and impact.
